Hello,everyone. I'm Hikari. I am organic farmer in Kagoshima-city japan. My house is certified private lodging.

I love beans!
I grow it every year because want to eat a lot.
But I could not harvest so much.

I understood the cause this year.
I was not doing side buds cutting,and  to distinguish side buds is very difficult.

I crawl for cutting the buds aside.

I am learning how to grow vegetables@

Radish, turnip, takana, Swiss chard, mizuna, spinach, pak-choi

Today's dinner is stew and salad
