How to make tofu from soymilk豆乳から豆腐を作る方法。

Let`s cook Tofu (soybean curd) using commercially available soybean milk.


Method of making (for two people)

1  Warm soy milk 400cc in a pan and bring it to 70℃.

2  Put Nigari (bittern) 1% (this time 4㏄) of soy milk.

3  Mix lightly several times, cover it and leave it for 15 minutes.

4  After 15 minutes, when you drain with a basket finish yosedofu (fresh tofu).
